your needs. If your from out of town we can
help you choose an area to live also. It's FREE
because apartments (95% of them) pay a referral fee
much like they pay their tenants for referrals.

preferred employer discounts, move-in specials, etc.

begin a search according to your needs and wishes.
Then we will match you to several properties and set
up a time for you to go see them. We will then
escort you to the properties so you don't have to
worry about getting lost or fooling with directions.
After you see the properties and choose a new home
we will make sure that the property management
handles everything for you and anything you have
questions on and they cannot answer we will be there
to answer them. If you are from out of town we
can provide you with information on changing your
government documents, utilities, daycare, churches,
etc. And if you need help with renters insurance,
finding a realtor, mortgage company or some other
service we can help with that too.
